Sorry this note has taken us so long to write, but we just want to thank you and especially Danny for the great shape Meadow Lark came to us in and all the time Danny took with us to help us get to know Meadow before he left. It was well worth it!! Please pass on to Danny our sincerest thanks and let him know that Meadow is doing great and that his tips were quite helpful! I know a big company sometimes need to move things out, but the reason we paid double what we could have paid was because we heard about your company and specifically about Danny from a friend of ours. About all the time he took with the horses and extra care to make sure they arrived in best possible condition. That is why we chose you and we are very glad we did and that Danny was able to deliver Meadow to us. It is people like him that can make all the difference in this kind of business for horses are sensitive animals; not ordinary cargo. When companies start to care more about their time schedule than their cargo in this business it seems that is when they should quit, for it is the animals that pay the price and often times it is quite a high price. I am glad your company was different. Just wanted to let you and Danny know how much we appreciated the time and effort he took!! It was well worth it!!

I totally appreciate your personal service. I know I would not have
gotten that anywhere else which means to me that I might not have gotten
the horse. Nobody else would have worked with us the way you did. The
universe was well aware that we needed you or I wouldn't have gotten you
by "accident" when I was calling the other guy. When things are meant to

Hi Cathi - I just wanted to let you and Kim know how happy I was with
the transport service. Kim and her husband were very nice and took
wonderful care of Princess during the transport. Thanks so much for the
great service, I will definately think of you guys for future travel

She is fantastic. We are very, very picky about who hauls our horses - we want constant monitoring, phone calls and reports and very good social skills for clients. She has them all. She is very reasonable and always the horses ship in fantastic condition - they are given electrolytes on their trip. We have been through many haulers that we will no longer use and we have settled on Cathi and one other as our shippers of choice.

Our Morgan gelding injured his hock last fall and required transport to
Pullman to WSU. The day before the scheduled transport there was a rockslide
on I-90. We were worried we wouldn't be able to get him there. Cathi
called and said, "No problem. We'll take a different route." My daughter and I
followed in the car, as we planned to stay a few days in Pullman. The trip took
10 hours. We ended up going over White Pass in snow and rain.
Cathi put Mo in a stall for transport with his head
backward to reduce the weight on his hind end. Cathi stopped every 2 hours or so
to allow the horses to rest, water, eat, and relax. At one point, she noticed
his wraps needed to be redone, and she skillfully applied standing wraps to his
leg and hock. She was very attentive to their needs all along the way. When we
finally got to Pullman, she helped us get him into the hospital and took extra
care to talk to the students about his needs.
I've known Cathi for about 4 years. She is a knowledgeable horse person.
She is always calm, yet aware of what is going on, and she handles situations as
they come up.
Since we were following Cathi most of the way to Pullman, we were able to
assess her driving skills! She handled that rig exceptionally well, and we (the
always worried ones) were never concerned.
I highly recommend her to transport your horse. Feel free to call me

Hi........I have used Cathi's service exclusively for the past several
years. (In fact she will be picking up a horse in Montana for me this
month.)She is reliable and very concientious. Her rig is safe and roomy. She calls
frequently or will allow you to call her to check on how it is going. I am
sometimes a very nervous mother with my horses and Cathi puts me at ease.
I highly recommend her and her services. Personally, I would not use anyone
else.
